My first all vegan Christmas dinner was, charmingly enough, with wonderful vegan friends at their home in Cambridge, England in December 2015. I had begun to go veg just prior to my holiday visit, but hadn’t yet made the full transition to vegan. I had given up all meat, poultry, and fish in October and November and was still learning about dairy and why it was also just as cruel to use animals for their milk. 

When I returned home from my holiday visit, starting January 1st, 2016, I made the decision to let go of dairy, butter, and eggs and become vegan. 

One year later, Here I am making my first vegan Christmas dinner and it was a huge hit! 

The mushroom Wellington and the cranberry pecan stuffing balls recipes are from Bosh, a wonderful vegan recipe site that always inspires me to make new things.
