In a blender: 1-2 fresh frozen bananas cut up, 1 cup fresh frozen strawberries, 3/4 cup almond milk, 1 Tbsp almond butter, 1/2 tsp ground flax seed, light drizzle of maple syrup. Blend on “smoothie” setting. Gulp it down!
